One of the most common requests we get is for raised panel door cutters. Most of the time, the cut is too deep to cut safely on standard knife heads.

Our Innovator line of cutters has a unique design that safely supports cuts as deep as 2" using either high speed steel or back-pack carbide tipped corrugated knives. The 3 wing design produces smooth cuts in solid wood or man made materials, and the special body shape allows for a wide range of standard or custom raised panels. Install a set of straight knives and you can make tenons and deep rabbet cuts as well.

Choose one of our standard profiles or send us a drawing or wood sample. As long as the cut fits in the profile area, we can make the knives in steel or carbide.

For pattern shaping on curved top doors, use the ball bearing follower.
