RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All returns to W. Moore Profiles must be approved in advance.  Unused items purchased on our website may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied.  Even exchanges will be exempt from the 15% stocking fee.
