The 2-piece cope & pattern insert sets do not offer the adjustability of our 3-piece sets. 

As a result, it is critical that your spindle be square to your table. 

Also, when changing your tips you must clean the heads of any wood residue to allow proper alignment.  Failure to do so may result in a loose fit between your cope & pattern cuts.
